The most well known comedy of the modern greek cinema follows the trials and tribulations of a group of military conscripts. The group is in mandatory service during the period of 1967 and 1968 under dictatorship. They have been transfered in the newly established military channel. The remaimder of the staff is comprised of soldiers with some experience in the subject of television from their civilian lives, and soldiers with no experience.
